Posted by admin on Oct 20, 2003 - 12:21 AM

LoanVision

LoanVision v3.1 is now available. This new version of LoanVision includes the new Uniform Residential Loan Application (1003) and Transmittal Summary (1008) as required for use by both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac by January 1st, 2004. These changes were made by FNMA and FHLMC in order to comply with the USA Patriot Act and the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act (HOEPA).

In addition to the new forms and new fields included to support them, this new version of LoanVision also includes a new plugin interface that allows us to create custom forms and databases for our customers, fine tuned Loan Prospector interfaces, a new Loan Overview report, support for Advantage Credit credit reports and other tweaks.

Existing registered users of LoanVision 3 can update for free using the included updater utility.
