Real Estate Edge gives you a complete contact database that allows youto track all of your past contacts, manage your current contacts and import farms from public records to create new contacts. Each contact record lookslike a familiar index card, and allows you to save a vast amount of imformation about each contact, including as many as 6 different phone numbers.

Included is and autodialer (modem required) that makes contacting your clients a breeze.


You'll never run out of room to add more information to track, since any number of "catagories" can be created and applied to any number on contacts.

For example you could create catagories for "Hot Lead", "ColdLead", or "Warm Lead". Or a Catagorie for "Well Qualified",or for those looking for "Horse Properties". Or "Offer Pending","In Escrow", "Contingencies Cleared", and so on. For information you wan to save with every client, you have 36 cusom fields that can track the number of children they have, when their birthday is,square footage of their house, etc.


One of the strongest features of Real Estate Edge is its "Find"features, which allow you to quickly find not only particular records,but groups of records as well. The "Advanced Find" allows youto find clients according to specific matches of values ( all clients whoare looking for 3 bedroom pool properties) or ranges of values and multiple catagory matches.

When these "Finds" have been completed, you can apply activities,change data values, and merge letters for these groups automatically.

The Task manager built into Real Estate Edge helps you keep track ofthe things that you need to do.These are the types of things that need to be done by a certain date, but not scheduled for a certain time (like writing a letter to a client). RealEstate Edge can track these from scheduling to completion, with activities not completed on time rolling forward each day until they are marked off.Tasks can be given 9 different catagories, so you can easily organize thetasks that are most important to you.

Your activities that are supposed to happen at particular times canbe sheduled in the appointment manager .You can assign activity types such as appointment, phone call, letter,meal, or trip.


The activities are atached to clients directly so when youcome across a given client you can see if any activities are scheduled.Notes can be kept with each activity to remind yourself of the details of the task. With Real Estate Edge, you can reach higher numbers of leads than youever have before. The built in word processor makes it easy for you create mass correspondence .And with the database merge features each letter will be personalized for each recipient. To add an item to a letter from the database, simply select the item you want from the "Merge" menu built into the word processor.The information from each selected client will be added to the letter when it is printed, just like magic. After each set of letters is printed youhave the option of creating an activity for each client the letter was sent to. Real Estate Edge can even print address labels for each selected client, or print addresses directly on to your envelopes, creating a most professional appearance.
